Avalon – Terron & Kaive

The apartment development comprises two well-planned towers, Terron and Kaive, designed thoughtfully in response to the existing site profile.

Terron, inspired by Terra, meaning earth or land, reflects the development’s connection with the site and its natural character. Kaive, with its distinctive and contemporary identity, complements Terron while giving the second tower its own architectural character.

The clubhouse is strategically positioned between the two towers, creating a grand and welcoming entry experience while providing convenient and easy access to residents of both towers.

The elevation follows a minimal and contemporary design approach, with a palette of earthy tones that complements the overall character of the development. Landscaped balconies are integrated into the elevation, bringing greenery into the built form and adding a softer, more natural character to the façade. The restrained use of elevation features, combined with the landscaped balconies, creates a clean, balanced, and timeless architectural expression.
