Located in Attibele, the project is a thoughtfully planned villa development comprising two distinct villa typologies — Classic Villas and Cascade Villas. The Classic Villas follow a conventional planning approach with regular floor levels, offering functional and comfortable living spaces. In contrast, the Cascade Villas are designed around a split-level concept, where each landing connects to an accessible room, creating a dynamic sense of volume, openness, and spatial interaction throughout the villa. Both villa typologies have been given distinct elevations that respond to their respective planning concepts and architectural character.

The development is complemented by a 4,500 sq. ft. clubhouse equipped with key amenities including a swimming pool, recreational facilities, courts, and cafés. A dedicated 1,800 sq. ft. marketing office is also provided within the development to support the project’s sales and visitor experience. A dedicated landscape and amenities zone forms an important part of the overall master plan, accommodating various play areas, sports courts, and landscaped recreational spaces. Positioned overlooking the lake, this zone creates a strong connection between the built environment and the surrounding natural landscape, offering residents a vibrant and engaging community space.
