Villa Interiors @ Prestige Augusta Golf Village

Located in Prestige Augusta Golf Village, this villa is a renovation project complemented by a landscaped backyard.

The interiors were developed around the client’s brief for a predominantly white and beige palette with subtle wallpapers and a clean, understated character. Wallpapers, textured plasters and mirrors were introduced selectively to add depth and highlight key walls, while extensive built-in storage was integrated throughout the home as a key functional requirement.

To balance the volume of storage, light-toned laminates and Duco finishes were used, keeping the spaces visually light, minimal and uncluttered. Select areas, including the informal gazebo and puja room, feature navy blue accents that introduce contrast and create distinct focal points.

As a renovation, the design approach was centred around working with the existing character of the villa while introducing new elements thoughtfully bringing together functionality, understated detailing and a light, minimal material palette.
